In this project . The customer ask us to upgrade their currently working audio only intercom system to Audio& Video System use existing wires . We can't do nothing to add or change the existing wires. so we decide to go with Aiphone GT series Intercom system which do done this brand long times ago and very reliable .

Their 24 apartments for the total . we spend 3 days to trace the existing wires. replace the panel and install new station in all apartments
as well install new recorder on the basement so we can record the visitor when they ring the bell.

After having gone through review and planning process, the client contacted us and requested us to design and upgrade to new and smart video intercom system.

After upgrade to the video intercom from scratch old intercom system and installed access control system for the condo building, we ensured that it would provide sufficient security to the condo residents .

To do this, we provided the user with RF access control system that made it easy to access to the building .We also included the New Aiphone GT video as well as an audio intercom system. This system covered all the 20 apartments with 20 video and audio devices as well as 19 audio only devices.
